Prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. All prices quoted will be in Australian Dollars and will automatically include 10% GST Tax at the end of the order.
If your order is over $50 you will receive FREE shipping, if below it will be automatically calculated at the shopping cart. All items listed are available for dispatch within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not accept International orders as we are only an Australian based website. All orders are dispatched via Toll Ipec and if you have any special delivery requests please advise us in the comments field.
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your shopping experience please contact us at customerservice@online-candle.com immediately. Please select products and quantities carefully as we do not accept returns due to incorrect order placement; if we are required to restock your order due to your error in purchasing there is a 20% restocking fee and this will be deducted off your credit. If you receive damaged products please notify us immediately and keep the products in the original packaging and we will assist you to make a claim with our carrier.
