Prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors. All prices quoted will be in Australian Dollars and will automatically include 10% GST Tax at end of order if applicable. (GST TAX Does not apply to overseas orders.)
Shipping will be advised to you once we receive your order. If your order is over $50 you will receive free shipping for all Australian Orders. All items listed are available for dispatch within 5 days of receiving your order. International orders are dispatched via Australia Post Air Mail and the delivery time is 5 – 10 days. Air Freight charges are calculated on the weight of the order and the country of destination. All other orders are dispatched via Australia Post Parcels.
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your shopping experience please contact us at customerservice@online-candle.com immediately. Please select products and quantities carefully as we do not accept returns due to incorrect order placement; if we are required to restock your order due to your error in purchasing there is a 20% restocking fee and this will be deducted off your credit. If you receive damaged products please notify us immediately and keep the products in the original packaging and we will assist you to make a claim with our carrier.
