Home 1. Information on signing up to our free newsletter and monthly giveaway forms part of the conditions of entry to our draw.
2. Entry is open to all residents who have a registered email address except employees and immediate families of the promoter, associated companies and agencies.
3. The promoter is online-candle.com, PO Box 944, BAYSWATER, VIC., 3153.
4. The promotion begins on the first day of the month and concludes on the last day of the month. The winning entry will be selected at the promoter's premises on the third day of the following month at 11 am.
5. The prize will consist of a candle that is chosen by the promoter, it will be gift wrapped and the winner shall be notified by email upon shipping the prize.
6. The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
7. The judges decision in relation to the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. All entries will be the property of the promoter.
9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained due to winning the monthly draw.
